In this episode, I reflect on my experience of hitting rock bottom, and the diagnosis that motivated me to shift from that low frequency state into a more conscious, active and inspired state of being.

I talk about the differences between self devotion and self care, and share in detail the self devotion rituals I designed and committed to doing daily, that allowed me to elevate my vibration, realise my potential, heal my mind, body and spirit, and align with my true authenticity. I also give you some practical advice on how you too can create your own unique self devotion practice.
